Tao Study 1 originated as a testing grounds for an after effects plugin with powerful 3D shape capabilities, Trapcode Tao. In the plugin, you can control a system of polygons and adjust practically every parameter. I thought this plugin provided the perfect opportunity to practice my abilities with abstract yet aesthetically coherent pieces.
